Shipping Policy
Dear Customers,
Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped on the same day. Your cargo will be at your address within 2 to 5 days, depending on your location.
When you receive your products from the cargo, your package must be unopened ,untorn Make sure it is. If you see a problem with your package, be sure to count your products and receive them.
Your cargo will be sent via domestic cargo, which our company has a contract with.
Shipping cost ; Shipping is free for purchases of 100 pieces or more. For lower purchases, shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policies
In our company policy, returns are only possible if the product is defective. Other than that, there are no refunds.
Since our company's killer control standard is at the highest level, you will not receive defective products.
If you want to change the product you have purchased, you can change it by contacting your sales representative.
